Description
The Warped Hawk
A Short Story
by Writer Unknown
Pete Wilson had always loved hilly Oxford with its thirsty, tame trees. It was a place where he felt puzzled.
He was a tight-fisted, stupid, beer drinker with pointy eyes and scrawny arms. His friends saw him as an ashamed, agreeable animal. Once, he had even revived a dying, owl. That’s the sort of man he was.
