These types of programs can provide adults with a second chance at a college education, reach those disadvantaged by limited time, distance or physical disability, and update the knowledge base of workers at their places of employment. Internet usages make learning simple and easy to learn and interesting among students to their subjects. It controls and changes the behaviour in a way to make education process more scientific and interesting and also helps in achieving the objectives of the education its utility in information retrieval and communication in the distance education.
