Japanese railway line between S¿ja Station, S¿ja and Kannabe Station,
Fukuyama. This is the only railway line Ibara Railway operates. Japanese
National Railways started the construction of the line in 1966, but
halted it later in 1980. The construction resumed under the newly
founded third sector company, and the line finally opened at 11:11,
January 11, 1999. S¿ja Station is a station jointly operated by JR West
and Ibara Railway on the Hakubi, Kibi, and Ibara Lines. The station is
in Kiyone, Kami-Nakajima, S¿ja, Okayama Prefecture, Japan. S¿ja Station
is the terminus of the Kibi Line, and the beginning of the Ibara Line.
