A COMMON VOICE is the language of understanding and of power. It is a common voice of a people, which is yearning for true independence and development. This book goes beyond the ordinary world of ethics, to see with new eyes positions of authority at every strata of the society as an opportunity to serve rather than to be served. It advocates the elimination of our various differences as elements that hinders the actualization of our collective effort towards nation building and peaceful co-existence as an entity. It identifies with the progressive to bring to light, a pragmatic reform that puts paid to the continuing sabotage of the citizen’s efforts to achieve equality before the law, peace and progress. It calls on all Africans at home and abroad to speak in one voice, of distributive justice, of legitimacy in government, of a stringent, self-controlling political system and of assurance of continuity in state projects – a voice for the uniqueness of African people.This book COMMON VOICE is virtually a campaign for a collective decision for change that will determine the future of Africa.
