Description
Using digitally restored page images from the original publications of Rupert Brooke and Letters from America, first published in 1918 and 1916, the short life of noted World War I poet and journalist Rupert Brooke is revisited in this dual biographical collection by his friend Edward Marsh as well as Brooke’s own letters from his travels to Canada and America before his tragic death at 27. Also included in this edition is additional material detailing little known historical facts about his life and enduring legacy that hasn’t been published previously anywhere. This volume also contains 24 pages of digitally restored photographs of Rupert Brooke from childhood to adulthood.
